REFUND POLICY
Due to our unique care & quality control for each item, all orders are final sale and will not be eligible for refund. All items are individually inspected before being shipped. If you believe your items do not match what you purchased, please email us at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com to have the issue resolved.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We know that sometimes exchanges are necessary. Please complete the exchange form within 7 days of receiving the product, and you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Exchange requests received after 7 days will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, and we have a strict no-refund policy.
How do I qualify for an exchange?
- Please keep all tags/ties/hair nets intact on the hair extensions inside the package.
- Hair extensions must be in their original packaging.
- Customers/stylists must be willing to ship all items back at their cost (no prepaid labels will be provided).
- To be approved for an exchange, hair extensions must not be washed, brushed, installed, used, taken out of the package, etc.

STORE CREDIT POLICY
Once an order is placed, if you decide to cancel it before it ships out, please let us know ASAP by emailing hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com & store credit will be applied to your account to use in the future with no expiration date.
If you would like to exchange a product for something else but are not sure what you would like to exchange it for now, we will apply store credit to your account on our website.
COMPLIMENTARY REPLACEMENT
If you notice there is an issue with your hair extensions straight out of the package, please contact us at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com. If your hair extensions qualify as a “bad batch,” we will send you a complimentary replacement at no additional cost.
How do the extensions qualify for a complimentary replacement?
- Extensions ruined/damaged during transit/shipping (please provide us with photos of proof of damage)
- Extensions are a "bad batch"
- What qualifies as a bad batch of hair?
- If the hair is shedding excessively off the weft line straight out of the package
- When the hair is wet and will not regain its original curl pattern
- If your fingers get stuck in tangles and you find your hands covered in lost strands of hair straight out of the package
- If the extension color fades after the first wash, and you notice the color bleeds off into the sink
- If the extensions are breaking, snapping or losing elasticity
- Bad Batches are rare but can happen. If you have these issues, you will notice them straight out of the package. Please inspect your extensions as soon as you receive them. If you believe you are experiencing a bad batch of hair, please contact us immediately at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com
